1. General Pub & Dining Rules

• Families & Children: Children are welcome throughout the pub and restaurant areas when supervised by a responsible adult.

• Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our front bar area.

• Responsible Service: We operate a strict challenge policy regarding the service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual who appears intoxicated or disorderly, and management's decision is final.

2. Table Reservations & Dining Pods

• Bookings: We recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekends, special events, and our outdoor dining pods.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or amend your table booking or dining pod reservation, please notify us as soon as possible via phone (01582 620612) or email. For larger bookings or peak slots, failure to show without notice may impact future bookings.

• Dining Pods: Specific time slots and conditions may apply to heated outdoor dining pod reservations. Please adhere to arrival and departure times to allow our team to prepare the space for subsequent guests.

3. Private Hire & Functions

• Function Room Bookings: Our private hire function room accommodates up to 34 guests for a sit-down meal or 50 for a buffet.

• Deposits & Payments: Private hire bookings may require a deposit or advance payment to secure the date and catering requirements. Cancellation terms, refund cut-off dates, and minimum spend requirements will be outlined during the booking enquiry process.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Other than the content you own, under these terms, The Cricketers of Redbourn and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.
