SOUS CHEF

Due to continued success, we are seeking to recruit a creative, passionate, organised and experienced Sous Chef to join our award winning team.

The ideal candidate:

  • You will have experience working with fresh food creating seasonal menus and daily specials alongside the Head Chef.
  • You will want to go that extra mile and have the flair and ambition to create outstanding food.
  • You will have the experience and a friendly approachable manner to manage, motivate and train the team working closely with the Head Chef.
  • You will have a good understanding of stock control, ordering, GPs and health and hygiene regulations.
  • You will need to be flexible to work a variety of hours.

Salary: £28,000 plus tips.
Benefits: Company pension.
Hours: Full time.


CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our award winning team.

Job role:

  • Running your section to a high standard.
  • Input of seasonal menus.
  • Ensuring the health and safety procedures are carried out correctly.
  • Working closely with the Head & Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Be confident, reliable and a good team player.
  • Must love food and the produce.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Be able to adhere to all food hygiene regulations.
  • You will need to be flexible to work a variety of hours.

Salary: £21,500 plus tips.
Benefits: Company pension.
Hours: Full time.


COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for a Commis Chef who has the passion to become a great chef.
Day to day duties for our Commis Chef:

  • Running your section
  • Prep work and baking of desserts
  • Ensuring the health and safety procedures are carried out correctly
  • Working closely with the Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Input to future specials and menus

Some experience in a Gastro Pub or restaurant experience preferred but training can be given. To be able to work independently and as part of a team.

£21,000.
