We are currently looking to recruit a creative talented sous chef to work closely with our head chef and operate the kitchen in his absence. The ideal candidate with be used to working with fresh produce and able to create daily specials and have an input in our seasonal menu creation.You will have knowledge of stock control and hygiene within the work place and have good team leader experience. You will be hard working, passionate and enthusiastic and able to work under pressure. We are an independent award winning village pub/restaurant which operates a 75 seat restaurant, private functions and supports many events within the village.
